I sent a FUp to NHK Nagoya in English and Japanese with PPC and a sample letter of how other NHK stations send a verification but got everything back with this letter.

JOAR 1053 kHz CBC Radio, Nagoya

One year earlier, I sent a report to JOAR CBC radio in English but didn't get a reply. In December I tried it again in Japanese. This time it worked.
